All items are new but we do suggest washing items before wearing with antibacterial soap. You should receive your items promptly. If you should have a problem that is an error on our part or damaged we will do our best to make it right.
Although we do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons we may need you to return any damaged or incorrect items so we may correct the error. If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering or is a special order it will be put on back-order. For the most part your items will go out next day and arrive fine. |

| We try very hard to keep what we display in stock but, what we don't have on hand will be back ordered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Normal 'in-stock' delivery is usually shipped next day and takes less than 5 days. |

| Every order is handled with individual care and quality control inspection as if we were going to wear the item ourselves. We believe everyone deserves the best. We hand pick pairs so that they match as much as possible and are the same sizes. We send the items in zip lock bags that are put into a high quality bubble mailer for protection for first class and airmail shipments. Priority orders are boxed and do provide some extra protection. If for some reason you DO have a problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to make it right for you. |
